The Hotpoint - Ariston FF4D X Fridge Freezer, also known as the Hotpoint Quadrio FF4DX, takes the American fridge concept of space with the practicality of a multi-compartment fridge freezer and put it into a single unit. With the 2 door larder upper fridge compartment there is a massive 295 litres of storage for all the fresh food with 102 litres of freezer space spread in the lower 2 drawer layout for easy access.  The super cool and super freeze functions of the fridge freezer mean that newly introduced foods are quickly chilled or frozen to the same temperature as foods already being chilled allowing them to last longer and fresher.

The fridge compartment is split in two and is equipped with 4 shelves, an egg tray, all of which are made with safety glass. The whole appliance measures 190 x 700 x 723 mm and is designed to stand alone in a dedicated space, it is Energy A rated and consumes approximately 427 KWh per annum, thus keeping the electricity bills manageable.

The FF4D X scores extremely well in real life use, owners are well pleased with its quietness, the number of features, its design, the capacity to store and keep food at the right and temperature and its overall build quality. This may not be the answer to put in an apartment unless the bedrooms and lounge are well separated from the kitchen since the special circulation system of the FF4D X with the vents makes a low noise (but nothing over bearing), however, this is no issue in a house.
